More context
Resorts and hotels on Mactan compete for the same international guests. 3D models, drone footage and Gaussian splat tours let a property show its rooms, pools and beachfront before guests book, and the same assets work on websites, OTAs and social media.
The Mactan New Town model above shows the approach: an accurate 3D map of a whole development that can be embedded on a site or viewed in AR. See also our DJI drone 3D production workflow.
